Accommodation is set in a big estate with a front of 260m to the sea, providing you a 'private' secluded beach. 'Kavos Psarou' is surrounded by grass, flowers and olive trees. It is new and it offers rooms all with superb views of the sea from the large balconies. Kavos Psarou has a nice new apartment at the upper floor of the building. Apartment has one bedroom with double bed, made of hand worked steel,one sitting room with sofa-beds, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen corner is big and fully equipped. Bathroom is spacious and offers bath tub with shower. Is very spacious (45m2) and can accommodate 4 adults. There is also capability for one extra folding bed. In the front part of the attics there are large balconies with superb sea view. The resort is not very touristic developed so it keeps a natural unspoilt beauty. Nearby facilities. In walking distance you can find tavernas, mini markets, coffee shop, bakery and butchery shop. You can find closest local shops and tavernas in a distance of 300m. Close to the apartment there is a fisherman's port where you can have nice walk by the sea and if you want you can get some local fresh fish from the boats. The resort of Tsilivi is 6km and of Alikanas 4km away for those who are seeking for nightlife a big choice of restaurants and other facilities. There is a reception area and a snack bar where I can meet my guests Rural landscape with typical mediterranean vegetation, there is an olive groove close to the hotel. Nice scenery by the sea, very quiet location especially out from the high season. Here social distancing is easy to follow! There is a shuttle bus passing 80m away from the hotel twice a day. From season 2015 it will be a new snack bar reception building in our hotel. Guests they have the possibility to have also breakfast and snacks at an extra charge.
