Luxury bungalow with hottub,10 mins to Silverstone

In the lovely village of Tiffield , our country bungalow is on the edge of the village just 10 minutes from Silverstone race track, neighbouring with farmer fields. Recently renovated to the highest standard , all bedding , mattresses are of luxury quality and are certain to prove a good night's sleep. With the kitchen lounge and playroom opening out onto the garden , with a golf putting green, sunk in trampoline as well as the hot tub, children ( and adults ) will not be bored here, it is a perfect house for entertaining and enjoying the space. We have 7 chickens that give lovely fresh daily eggs, for more than a 2 night stay they would require fresh water / feed. Sleeps 7 in the main bedroom area plus an additional 2 on a sofa bed in the playroom if required. Master bedroom - queen size bed with ensuite. Bedroom 2- king size bed with lovely views. Bedroom 3 - Double bed, with additional 2ft 6 single we can put into the bedroom Bedroom 4 - single Optional double sofa bed in the playroom. Towels are provided. In our children's playroom there are an abundance of games to choose from , aswell as adult board games too. We have a playstation and a Nintendo Wii with a variety of games aswell as the full sky package including movies and sports. We have a table football table we can hook out from the garage if you wish to use this, and table top junior size tennis table located in the garage. There is a darts board in the open plan kitchen living area. The local pub (family and dog friendly) has been recently renovated and has excellent food and drink and an opportunity to play the local Northamptonshire table skittles - which is great fun for all! Dogs are welcome if prior notice is given as we must completely secure the garden area for their arrival, we do ask that dogs do not go into the bedroom areas. Please note this is a family home and we mainly accept family bookings. We look forward to welcoming you! All areas listed are accessible, except from the locked garage. We will be available via telephone / email should you require us on your stay. Tiffield is a quiet picturesque small village close to local historic market town of Towcester with a variety of shops. Tiffield has a local pub , The George, which has great local ales ( ones brewed in the farm opposite our house ) live music and games evenings. Local places to visit with the children; Rookery Farm Green Dragon Eco farm Riverside Hub Irchester Country Park Canons Ashby Stowe Gardens Sywell Country Park Harpole fruit picking and Maize Maze Nearby attractions ( within an hour's drive ) include ; Bicester Village Silverstone Race Course Stratford Upon Avon Oxford Warwick Castle Kenilworth Castle The Cotswolds Milton Keynes shopping / Gulliver's Land Twin Lakes theme park Tiffield is accessible from the A43 and about 15-20 mins taxi to either Northampton or Milton Keynes train stations. Whilst staying in Tiffield there are beautiful walks and cycling routes through picturesque countryside and villages. For more than a 2 night stay the chickens require a top-up of water and seed but do produce lovely fresh eggs! We have a cat called Moley who does need feeding twice a day, very timid and friendly, if you have a dog he will sleep in the garage at night and stay out the way, or if you prefer we can pack him off for a cattery holiday for stays over 2 nights.
