Very Quiet and comfy rural setting with stunning views from your window. 15 minutes from Preston City center with easy access to motorway access. Great for walks, mountain biking, events in preston, stop off point before you get to the Lakes. Nice, clean, comfy and quiet. Friendly animals who will stay or go depending on your preference. Getting here.. go down Bourne's row until you get to 63. Then park outside there. Walk down the alley and mine is the first house opposite the big field. 65 I will be available to answer any questions you have and I will have a chat. Very quiet spot, pub at the end of the street and Spar shop and take away's with in walking distance. There is public transport but a car would advisable to get around. I have 3 cats and a dog which are in the house but not your room while you are there.
