Double room in a peacefull house (1-2 persons)J

Wellcome home! A peacefull house in a little town (Urnieta), 12 kms away from San Sebastian. Surrounded by mountains. Very well connected by road, bus and train. Free and secure public parking in front of the house. A detached house in a residencial complex. Three floors with a terrace and a vegetable garden. Spacious and confortable. I am offering one or two private rooms at the first floor (one announce per room), both with double beds (135 cm.) You can use also the kitchen and the terrace if you want to. The two rooms are for your private use only and they are at the first floor, where I have two other rooms. It is my main residence so we'll be sharing: - Kitchen and bathromm on the ground floor - Complete bathroom on the first floor (next to the rooms) - Terrace and garden. Feel free to have breakfast or dinner here if you want, also at the hammocks under the trees in summertime ; ) - If you brig BIKES or SURFING BOARDS you can leave them safe inside the garage easily - Wi-fi There is a public parking right in front of the house where you can leave your car safe and for free It is allowed to smoke, but only at the terrace. This is my main residence, so excepting work-travels, I will be at the house during your staying If you have time and you feel like it, we can share a breakfast or a dinner in the terrace. The house is located in a quiet residencial complex near the town surrounded by mountains. The town is very small and there are a lot of promenades or bike's roads around. The residencial complex is near the town. You can buy anything you need one minute walking. There is a woderful bakery near the house by the way ; ) Urnieta is very well connected by road or public transport with San Sebastian, the french frontier and the rest of the towns of the area. By car: San Sebastián (12 kms freeway – 8 min.) France (22kms to the frontier. Highway or national road – 15-25 min.) Bilbao (105 kms – 1,10 min - Highway) Pamplona (72 kms - 55 min.- Freeway). Right in front of the house there is a free and safe parking car. Public transport: There are buses and trains to San Sebastian and to other places at the area. By train (San Sebastián 12 min. , Irun 36 min ) If you arrive to San Sebastian by train, you just have to take the train that will bring you here. The station is 10 min. walking from our house. There are also public buses to San Sebastian and to other towns every 30 min. The bus-stop is 2 min. walking from the house. The house has stairs, so it is not prepared for wheel chairs. Sorry ; (
