The Dependance

The Dependance is a part of the Casa Olga country house , with a large private pool only for our guests , surrounded by nature, at only 3km from the seaside, in a hilly position with a wonderful view of the Adriatic coast. It is the ideal place for all those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and wish to discover Marche together with their family and their friends. 5 people can spend the night comfortably in the structure and enjoy the over 4000mq of the property, which leave to everybody his own space and privacy. The Dependance is one of the two buildings which composes Casa Olga. In the other building ,the Country Villa house, 5/7 people can spend the night. After their reservation our guests will enjoy the exclusive use of the structure which offers: sat lcd tv, dishwasher, fireplace, oven and a wood-burning oven. Moreover we offer further services which are in common with the Country Villa’s guests : swimming pool, deckchairs and sunshades, the garden with barbeque, the kitchen garden, the washing machine and a canopy covered with solar panels which serves as parking area. All the outdoor area is fully covered by free wi-fii . As soon as you’ll arrive at the meeting point I’ll personally bring you to the Dependence in order to show it to you and to leave you the keys. I’ll never be there except if you need . During your holidays I’ll always be available for your requests. If you want, I’ll be more than happy to arrange some customized routes and trips for you. Marche is a unique region in Italy. The area of the Dependence is, in particular, well worth a visit with its green countryside, the historic towns, the wonderful valleys and seaside. The Dependance is only 4km far away from Pedaso’s motorway exit, 4.5 km from the Pedaso railway station and 70km from Ancona’s or Pescara’s airports. At 500mt from the structure there is a bicycle lane bringing you directly to the main seaside bicycle track, which covers the area from Civitanova Marche to San Benedetto del Tronto ( 45km length). Having a car is anyway recommended, as this is the best and most comfortable way to visit our region.
