Private Bedroom in Ideal Location

New Airbnbers are of course welcome to send a MESSAGE anyway, but please hold off on sending the booking request~ Private bedroom in beautiful apartment, located minutes from Lund central station. The area is nice and quiet. Bus and train connections are excellent. The room is set up for Airbnb guests, and the bed is comfortable and 120 cm wide. There is a desk, a book shelf and a dresser for you to use. 2 bedroom bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen, hallway, living room and balcony. There is a sweet but shy little cat living in the apartment. She will most likely keep to herself but anyone with allergies should probably find other accommodation. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, hallway, living room and balcony. I’m almost always available through phone or Airbnb message. Some guests want their space and some want to socialize. I adapt to your wants and needs if possible. But of course I have my own life too and cannot always hang out with my guests. So please be aware that you are booking a place to stay and not time together with me. This neighborhood is very central and conveniently located, but it is still rather quiet and a very safe, calm place to stay. Lund is a famous bicycle town. Busses and trains also work well. There is some street parking around the property, but there is a fee on all days except Sundays. Unfortunately I generally don’t accept requests from guests with no previous reviews. This is a safety precaution since I also live in the apartment.
