"Les Petites Anges Countryside Retreat"

A 3 Bedroom Countryside Gite, situated in a quiet Farming Hamlet an ideal base for keen cyclists, hikers and those who wish to explore and experience the joys of the countryside. Just 4 km off the A20 a perfect stop off for a short break when travelling through France. It is only 40 minutes to Limoges and 20 minutes to St Pardoux Lake with access to water sports and activities. The Gite benefits from not being overlooked and has parking space for two vehicles so you can come and go as you choose. There is access to the Gite via the french doors to the front, and a back door to the rear. The charming countryside is on your doorstep. The Gite has its own outdoor dining space and barbecue area. With a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room and three bedrooms in this Gite, it is a great place to spend with family, friends or just to unwind and recharge your batteries. The Gite is part of a larger property, my home, but when let it is self contained with its own entrance. The Gite and the Barn Conversion are connected via a wooden farmhouse door which gives access to a utility room containing a washer and a dishwasher. I will always be available to offer any support needed. There is a bell at my front door and my phone number is in the welcome folder. "Les Petites Anges" is situated in a peaceful farming commune 3 km from Arnac la Poste and 8 km from the historic town of La Souterraine where you will have access to all the amenities you will require. La Souterraine has a national train station which can provide a stress free journey to Toulouse and Paris. Please note we do not provide breakfast. The single bedroom does not have a radiator installed at the present time. Secure cycle storage available. There is a basic cycle tool kit available to enable cyclists to maintain their cycles whilst staying at the Gite. Within the storage area there is a point for Charging Electric Cycles.
