FAIRBOURNE HOLIDAY HOME for 4 in quiet cul-de-sac

A comfortable base for both a relaxing seaside holiday and a more active holiday in Snowdonia. The living room has a two-seater settee, 2 easy chairs and a drop-leaf dining table for four. There is a large selection of books, maps and local information provided for consultation. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge and microwave. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has wooden 3-ft bunk beds suitable for children and adults alike. All beds have memory foam mattresses, pillows and duvets. Both bedrooms have adequate wardrobe space. The bathroom has a full-sized bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet leading off. There is a small sunroom and patio area leading to the fully enclosed garden to the rear equipped with various chairs for relaxing. Fairbourne is a small peaceful seaside resort on the coastal road between Dolgellau and Tywyn across the Mawddach Estuary from Barmouth. It has a beautiful backdrop of Snowdonia National Park. From the bungalow, it's an easy flat 5-minute walk to the shops (grocer's, butcher's, general stores & P.O.), restaurants, 2 pubs and Fairbourne's 2-mile long sandy beach (8-minute walk away). Foot - beach, village, on the Wales coastal footpath, Bike - direct access to the Mawddach Trail (upto Dolgellau) Train (5 mins walk to station) - mainline trains from B'ham Int'l and coastal line from Machynlleth to Pwllheli Bus - regular services to Tywyn and Dolgellau Fairbourne's miniature railway - from the village to the point Taxi ferry - across the estuary to Barmouth Car One dog by prior arrangement only (£25 extra - to be added as 1 extra person!)
