The villa is 250m2, it is isolated in the countryside on a vast plot of 7ha, 2 hours from Paris! The first neighbors are more than 2km away. The villa is located 11km from Chablis. The villa Radar is perfectly equipped: swimming pool, city stadium, pétanque, games room with billiards & table football, arcade terminal, bicycles.. On the "city stadium" is a multisport field in the garden, you can practice 5vs5 football or basketball, on professional quality synthetic turf. Many wine cellars in the Chablis vineyards are accessible by car or by bike a few km from the house. You can taste the famous wines of the region: Irancy, Chablis, Saint-Bris, Côte d'Auxerre ... Going down to the 1st village, you will come across sublime wine cellars to visit (and where you can indulge yourself by buying good Burgundy wine), and breathtaking landscapes with vines as far as the eye can see. For shopping and the market or simply to go to a restaurant, the town of Saint Bris le Vineux is only 7 km away, Chablis 11 km and Auxerre 16 km away. From Paris, take the A6, then exit at exit 19 (Auxerre).
