Period features in a Victorian terraced house. One double room with large king size bed, luxury cashmere mattress, feature fireplace and two chest of drawers. Clean linen and towels provided. Complimentary coffee and tea making facilities in the room. There is one family size bathroom with a bath and shower spray for use between the two guest rooms. Bath robes and hairdryer provided. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Rear garden, bedroom and bathroom. Guests can check in between 4pm and 9pm and can check out before 10 am. There is a courtyard garden which guests are welcome to make use of fast Wi-Fi A lovely residential and safe area close to centre of the Newton Abbot and all amenities. Train station 10 minutes away Bus station 5 minutes away Town centre 5 minutes away Newton Abbot racecourse 15 minutes away Exeter, Dartmouth, Torquay, English Riviera, Totnes and Dartmoor National park all in easy reach. National cycle route 2, Templar Way and Stover Canal 5 minutes away. There is a local train station and bus station all within easy reach. There is on road metered parking a little further down from the house or for £2.00 a day I can give you a daily guest parking ticket. There is a cat here but she is very shy and retiring.
