Private waterfront oasis

The home is in excellent condition, it is incredibly private and can easily accommodate multi generational families. There is a plenty to do: swim in the pool, hot tub, or bay.You can play tennis, bike to town or boat over to the ocean. The house is on five wooded acres on the water. It is close to town but has the feel of a very private spot. No parties are allowed and no more than 6 cars in the driveway! The house is on a dirt road that has 5 other homes on it.
