Please note that the Air b & b app only lets you book 1 year in advance but to see availability further ahead than this you must use a computer and not the app. As the house is brand new, We will request a minimum of £500 deposit on check in which will be held and refunded on check out once we confirm no damages. Some groups may be subject to a higher deposit and this will be confirmed when you enquire with group size and occasion. House has its own outdoor 12 seater hot tub sunken into decking for ultimate privacy It has a barrel sauna which seats 8-10 people There is a outdoor seating area including, dining table and chairs to seat the whole family. It has a large gas BBQ (gas not included), this can be provided at an additional cost of £40, please request once a booking is made. The property has a large games room containing full size pool table and bar area. All of the 8 bedrooms have different themes which include large wall murals which makes the property a perfect occasion house. These include a beach room, a jungle room, a outer space room, a New York room, a London room, a under the sea room, a Moroccan room and a ski lodge room. Ample off street gates parking. The living room has a 75 inch TV built into the wall The property is dog friendly as long as house trained but we do need to approve this at your time of booking or before so please email us to advice us if you will be bringing a dog as there will be an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay. Please note if vacating the property on a Friday there is a slightly earlier check out time of 9am. We always try to offer weekend guests late check out but this can only be guaranteed if new guests do not arrive on the day that they depart Please note that the hot tub will not be in use on a Thursday as the water is changed over on this day ready for the weekend guests who arrive Friday, also if guest departure the day of your arrival the hot tub will be changed and will still be heating up, so if the hot tub is essential to your stay please do not book a Thursday night Our home is located next to the river and a short 5/10 min walk from the main village high street of Saltford and only a few minutes further walk to the bus stop which is a main route between Bristol and Bath There are several village pubs for good quality food and they are the Bird in Hand, The Jolley Sailor, The Riverside and the Crown which are all located within 10 mins walk of the house Other recommendations are Golden Moments for top quality Indian cuisine and the Thai Cafe for a quality Thai experience both of which are located a 10 min walk away Bristol town centre can be reached by car or bus and takes approximately 20 mins and Bath town centre approximately 15 mins We accept young groups but please email ahead of your stay with number of guests and ages as this will also occur an additional security deposit Please note that we have recommended caters who will come to the house to cook for your group with various options to suit your tastes and budget to include a french chef who will come to the house and cook a 3 course meal for you and your guests, a Lebanese lady who will cook a 5 course Lebanese meal and teach you all how to belly dance and a chef who can provide canapés and bbq or hog roast or traditional English food. We have various options so please enquire with us. If you want to make a new booking , but are worried about not being able to travel due to corona virus restrictions we will allow you to move your reservation to a date to a future free of charge on all future bookings. The entire house, gardens and games room We live 2 mins around the corner so are available at all times 24/7 Fantastic village location between Bristol and Bath. The village itself has local pubs and restaurants and is situated on the beautiful river Avon with picturesque countryside views all around Ample on site parking and is situated on a main bus route between Bristol and Bath. Keynsham train station is the closest and is a 5 min car ride to the house We can not allow any events in the garden, this includes the use of PA sounds systems due to the neighbouring properties. if there is an activity you have mind please enquire.
