With my crazy family, I know what it’s like to need a relaxing place to stay while on vacation. We’ve made our home comfortable for everyone. With kids-you can enjoy an oversized doll house, rock climbing wall, secret reading closet, and swing set! There are two doggy doors which give your pets unlimited access to the secured backyard without waking you up! The backyard is equipped with three “stepping stones” that are great for yoga, a horse shoe pit, a fire pit and hammock! Plus more Everything is yours to use! The desk in the master is available for a laptop- a printer is on site. There are two closets with hangers. One secret reading closet for kids! There are two futons in the living room- 1 full size, 1 twin or you can push them together for one big bed. If you have more than 6 people, just message me :) The house is 1200 sq ft with a two car garage- more than enough room for several guests. We are pet friendly, so typically no extra fees. But let us know if you plan on bringing pets so our housekeeping team plans accordingly. Guests have access to everything in the house. We have yoga mats for the stepping stones in the back yard and a couple of light weights. Fully functional kitchen. Seasonal mint and rosemary in the backyard for cooking. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Rock climbing wall, secret reading closet, swing set, horse shoe pit, games, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, outside and inside dining tables, main + guest room TVs equipped with Netflix, amazon prime and other smart apps, master bedroom tv equipped with local channels but no cable. I am not on site but feel free to message through air bnb with any needs/wants/questions! I have a house manager located near by for immediate needs <3 We are right around the corner from Route 66! A couple of blocks from I-40. The train is very close- please see map view. There is a grocery store and gas station right around the corner from the house too. Having a car in kingman Az is the best option. There are two Uber’s, and several taxi companies but it’s a small, rural town- so car is definitely easiest. Check out downtown! Historic Route 66- great bars, restaurants, shops and more! I’m available almost all the time, so please just message me if you have any questions at all! We have two blink motion-sensor cameras outside by garage door entrance and backyard. Upon booking the camera in the backyard is disarmed. There is also a ring doorbell located on the front entrance- that and the camera facing the garage door will remain on/motion sensor activated. We are located right around the corner from Route 66, so the train is practically across the street. With the windows shut, we could barely hear/notice it. But it’s something to note- especially if you’re sensitive to noise/vibration.
