Paradiselago

Paradiselago is a lakefront property located on Lake Lugano in Ticino Switzerland. It is only 5 minutes from Gandria and the Italian border, and 10 minutes from downtown Lugano. It is the perfect place to explore and discover the surrounding area. The house sits on 2000 sq m with spectacular views of the lake, a private boat dock and grassy beach that give direct access to the lake, and a small orchard with fruit trees, olive trees and grapevines. An ideal location for relaxing or home working. Paradiselago is a special hideaway close to the city but very secluded with its’ own private grassy beach Colleen is an artist and her atelier is nearby and she loves to have visitors or students who would like to learn to draw/paint or pose for a portrait! Colleen and Pippo live in the only other house on the property- 100 meters from Paradiselago. If you need anything, we are a phone call away 24/7 It is wonderful to live in Gandria because it is close to the mountains and the lake. You can leave Paradiselago and walk directly up to Mte. Brè or in 1 hour by foot to center Lugano. Transport by car is ideal. There is a bus that leaves 6 times a day from Gandria paese. If requested transportation to and from the train station is possible The entrance to the house has a narrow ramp. There are two parking lots and you may choose which one you feel more comfortable using
