Year round guests can enjoy this three bedroom, one bathroom cottage and its only a 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach. You will relax in this older style cottage with AC/ furnace, Wi-Fi and the wood-burning fireplace adds to the cozy cottage feel. With beautiful sunset views and a boat launch close by, you can enjoy the waters of Lake Winnipeg. A perfect getaway to enjoy ATV's, beaches, boating, ice fishing, snowmobiles and walking trails. Guest are welcome to park in the front of the cabin and we offer a golf cart to get around the neighborhood. Just north of Grand Beach is the community of Lester Beach off Highway 59. The beach is a 5 minute drive south of Belair, Manitoba on Lakeshore Road. This is a quiet area with many summer cottages. There are rental accommodations in Lester Beach and a general store in Belair. Lester beach is fine, white sand beach bordered by mixed forests. Swimming is unsupervised. The south end of the beach connects to the Grand Beach hiking trails. There is a boat launch located on Yellow Brick Road. You can access the beach and neighborhood with the electric golf cart. It has 60 min of run time once its been disconnected from the charger. The golf cart is located in the garage and requires charging before 60 min of run time is up and/or overnight. It’s a 3 minute drive to the beach with the golf cart.
