The apartment is cozy, clean and big enough to accommodate friends and family coming to visit the local attractions! Owner will respond to your questions through Airbnb messenger. If you have any major emergency during your stay, please call 911. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk to Union station to catch the train into Boston or Connecticut. We are also close to local restaurants and attractions, like Shrewsbury street (just a five minute drive). Kitchen: microwave, fridge, stove, cooking supplies, etc. Bathroom: hair dryer, towels, cleaning supplies and toothbrushes Living room: couch with Roku TV Trash: Trash days and recycle days are on Wednesdays. Please put the trash in the black garbage bin on Tuesday nights. Extra services: Access to washer and dryer in the basement is $20 per day. Traveling with a pet is $30 per day. We will send payment request before check in. This is a no smoking apartment. Please do not smoke on the property. If you smoked in the house during your stay, $300 fine for smoking on property will be charged. If we find you are smoking during your stay, we will cancel your stay without refund. This is a no party house. No party or loud music. If we find you are having a party during your stay, we will cancel your stay without refund. During winter months, according to the Worcester’s Ordinance it states sidewalks must be cleared with a 4-foot wide path for safe pedestrian travel within 10 hours after snow ceases to fall. The owner has 10 hours after snow ceases to clear snow/ice. The owner will clear the driveway within 10 hours after snow ceases. The owner will leave sand buckets on the porch for guests to use during the winter months. If you have any questions, please reach out to owner through Airbnb. Booking step: 1) Read our post as detail as possible. Ask questions before booking. 2) Book your trip through Airbnb. Our cancellation policy is set by Airbnb. We will approve your reservation. We high suggest using travelers insurance just in case. 3) Up to two weeks before arrival, we will confirm if you need access to the washer and dryer in the basement. We will send you a payment for the extra service. Please complete the payment before arrival. 4) You will receive a check in code for the house on the check in day. 5) Check in and enjoy. Lock box for check in. You can use everything in the apartment. Guest have access to one parking space in driveway. I'm available between 9 am-9 pm but pretty much available for any questions. Close by to Shrewsbury street, DowntownWorcester, Union station, Walmart, 290 Highway, Holy cross, New Polar Park, DCU center, and more. The apartment is located in an urban pioneer area that is close to the middle of the city, with lots of diversity and activities close by. The weekend city life could get a little loud, but nothing out of hand. Guests do not need a car and can use Uber and Lyft to get around as well as public transit. Many local attractions are just a short walk away as well. 1) Please understand this is a self catering apartment, not a 5 star hotel. We try to charge the market price for the seasons per night. We try to keep the apartment cozy like home. We wash all towels, bedding sheets, blankets for every stay. But we cannot guarantee everything in the house are like brand new. If you are looking for something like a 5 star hotel, please find another place. 2) We do not have room service. If there is any damage or issue, we will try our best to fix it in within 1 hour to 24 hours. 3) We stock tissue paper, towels, soap, as a standard quantity by our management company. We do not refill them during your stay. If you have any problem during your stay, we will try to resolve as quick as we can. Please allow 24 hours for use to resolve your problem. 4) Please DO NOT run all features in the home at one time such as the hair dryer and ceiling fan at the same time, this can cause the circuit breaker to trip, it is a sign of making excessive demands on the circuit. Continued demands on the circuit may cause damage and a fire. 5) It usually takes up to three hours to clean the apartment. The cleaning fee is for the hard work of our cleaning lady. Please check out on time so the cleaning lady will have enough time to clean for the next guests. Early check in and check out has to notify the host. 6) During COVID-19, we understand it is hard for everyone. As guests, you should be aware of the situation. Guests need to take your own risk of booking. 7) No party, no events, no smoking, no drugs or pets that are not house trained. Fine will apply if you break the rule. 8) Firm on price. There is a discount for weekly and monthly bookings. 9) Please help us to keep our place clean. Trash and Recycle pick up is on Wednesday Mornings. Please put the recycle bin outside on the curb in front of the house. Please put the trash out on Tuesday night in the black trash bin. 10) Guests do not need a car and can use Uber and Lyft to get around as well as public transit.
