I am a young professional girl who would be delighted to share her apartment with a nice person, couple or friends travelling to Madrid. My apartment is 10min. walking to Plaza Castilla and 20min walking to 4Torres Business Area. Santiago Bernabéu also very close, 2 km away. Bus and a metro station 5min walking which will take you to/ from City Center in 20min. Please Note: The use of air conditioning/heating is optional (cold and and hot air) and it has an additional cost of € 3 p. night Air Conditioning for a perfect temperature during summer or winter time is optional and it has an additional cost of 3€per night My place is 5 mins away from bus/metro station which would take you into the city centre in 20 minutes. Santiago Bernabéu only 2 km of distance. Plaza Castilla 10 minutes walking. Cuatro Torres, Business Area of Madrid, 20 minutes walking. Easy access to the Airport, 45 minutes by bus and metro. The air conditioning is optional and has an extra charge of 3€ per night
