Large bathroom/laundry leading to a very large outdoor area, to kick back and unwind after a hard day in the Whitsundays. Four minutes to the nearest shopping center. Plenty parking space, for the caravan, boat. Great area for hosting a fishing weekend. Full kitchen to cook, outdoor dining which we have fully enclosed, a Web BBQ as the latest addition, large TV, wi fi, Enjoy the ambience of rural living and nature, shops close by. Feel free to wander around the property down below, maybe take a morning or afternoon stroll down the road. Enjoy the outdoor dining area as we have enclosed the space, perfect table outside to dine and play cards entertain etc. We will be available on the property, most of the time, however if we are out I will have my mobile on hand. Guests should feel free to contact me if they are in need of anything. We are 2 minutes drive from the latest edition to our wine and dining experiences. Northerlies which caters to everybodies taste, set on stunning surroundings. Four mins to Centro shopping centre and 10 minutes to the heart of Airlie Beach . Wildlife, beautiful surroundings, mountains meet rainforest, and the ocean just over the hill. Suggest you need a car as we are set out of town, or if you are really keen, you could walk to the nearest bus stop 30 minute walk. The neighbourhood is very pleasant to walk either first thing in the morning or late afternoon. Recently we have enclosed the outdoor dining area, with black shade cloth, giving a sense of total relaxation.Great spot to bring out the board games and card games, sit back enjoy a beer or wine and take in the country side.
