Surrounding wineries and boutique brewery Howler Brewing Company in Lang Lang. Array of entertainment on Phillip Island. Guests have free access to all parts of the house except underneath storage area. No smoking inside house. Driveway is short but narrow and moderately steep for walking up. Narrow wheelchair access. Key information will be given closer to booking date. Ring anytime u need. House is in a friendly neighbourhood of mixed residential and holiday homes at the end of a quiet no-through road. Respectful behaviour required. There is a local bus nearby travelling to Phillip Island and Cranbourne. Local shops include a restaurant, bakery, chicken shop, pizza take-away, fish n chips, OpShop and Service Station mini supermarket. Short drive to Kilcunda, Cowes/San Remo/Rhyll/Woolamai/Ventnor/Cape Paterson (Phillip Island), Inverloch, Wonthaggi, Tooradin. Stony beach below house with track access, sandy beach 500 metres away. Westernport Bay is tidal, therefore the water recedes for a few hours at low tide and returns at high tide. It has many fish including flathead, bream, whiting and gummy shark.
