Being only a short walk to scenic Semaphore road, the beach or historical Port Adelaide, you are assured to find a cafe, pub or local attraction to keep you fed, watered and entertained while staying in the area. Your accommodation has new ducted Heating and Cooling as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry which will allow you to cook at home or catch up on some of your holiday washing. Enjoy a long soak in the bath or a spacious shower in the new bathroom. With your host being local to the area, should any problems occur we are only a text message away to resolve them promptly. The local area hosts many annual events, such as Semaphore Street Fair, The Semaphore Kite Festival, The Greek and Indian Festivals, and many more. Or you can also do self guided or guided historical walks of Port Adelaide. Other attractions include the dolphin cruises on the Port River, the Railway, Aviation and Maritime museums or visit the world's oldest clipper ship 'The City of Adelaide'. With the bus stop just around the corner and a 5 minute walk to the train station you have access to all Adelaide has to offer. Within 20 minutes you can be in the heart of the city for events such as concerts and sport at Adelaide Oval or the Mad March events such as the Fringe, Adelaide Super Loop racing, WOMADelaide and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival. Driving around Adelaide is very easy for those who are used to busy cities. Parking is relatively easy to find and there is ample parking at the apartment. There is also a wonderful walking trail along the foreshore that is approximately 15 kilometers long for you to enjoy our beautiful coastline
