Situated in the Adelaide Hills just a few minutes drive from Hahndorf, Blackacre Lodge is a stone’s throw from some of Adelaide’s best wineries, restaurants and cafes. Upon arrival at the lodge you’ll immediately feel as though you have been whisked away to the middle of nowhere. The only sounds you’ll hear are the birds chirping, the wind through the trees and the fireplace crackling. Entry into Blackacre Lodge is via our state of the art keyless entry system for ease of access 24 hours. Our large entertainers kitchen, dining table for eight and open plan living area with two wood fireplaces is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or the fire, cooking up a storm or sinking into the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, large oven and gas cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and plenty of wine glasses. Open the glass doors in summer to really bring the outside in our stoke up the fireplace for a cosy winter night. Our large master suite boasts a queen sized bed with hotel bedding, mirrored built in robes, a private ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and extra large windows with views past the rose bushes and out over the fields. A second and third bedroom are styled with a queen bed, built in robes and luxury high loft quilts, pillows and vintage wash linen bedding. A fourth bedroom hosts a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Each of the bedrooms has beautiful views into the gardens for the most peaceful of mornings. There is a cosy main bathroom with shower, under basin storage, bath and towel rails. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities as well as provided towels. A separate toilet provides convenience for the whole family and our laundry facilities include washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
