This modern unit is located only a short drive away from Shopping centers and takeaway restaurants. With two spacious bedrooms, with an ensuite for the master bedroom, Airconditioning and a great sized kitchen this unit offers all you could need in a stylish stay. The unit comes equipped with a full kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher and stone bench tops, electric stovetop and breakfast bar. The Master bedroom has both fans and Air-conditioning while also boasting a mounted HD TV so you can watch from the comfort of the Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. In the second bedroom are a pair of Single beds air conditioning and a ceiling fan . In the living area has a HD TV with (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast to allow for casting of YouTube, Netflix and more from your smart device. Please note, outside the front of the house and the driveway through the complex is common area for residents, Guests may park a vehicle in the garage or the allocated parking space adjacent to the garage, guests can NOT park the car in front of the garage or in the driveways. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. We will be available if there are any issues or concerns that arise, but otherwise we are quite happy to have a hands-off approach to allow you to enjoy your holiday as you please. Please do not hesitate to see us at the Oscar Motel The unit is nestled in a small boutique complex of only 8 units located only a 5-minute drive away from hospitals as well as takeaway restaurants such as McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Miss India & Burger Urge. Two major shopping centers, Hinkler Place & Stockland are close by, as are 3 Clubs, RSL, Across the Waves, & Brothers Club – each have a courtesy bus and we can arrange for them to collect you if you wish. Otherwise travel by car or taxi There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
