The house is situate on 50 acre of farmland with a beautiful homestead made up of 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets. The rooms that are made available, are based on the guest numbers. The movie room has comfortable chairs for guests to watch a movie in a theater style or hold a presentation. The farm itself has cattle and other livestock grazing most of the year. It's best described as a country getaway close to town. The games room has a pool table and bar stools to sit at. The deck has a breakfast bar that you can sit and watch the cows whilst having breakfast. Guests can access - Game's Room - Movie Theater - Large Kitchen & Dinning space - 50 acres of farm land Caretakers and farmers live onsite or are not too far away if needed, but guests are mostly self sufficient and can enjoy the peace and quiet of a massive 50 acres of farmland. The neighborhood is quiet but there are local shops close by and a short 15 minute drive will take you to Coles and other major shops. Tooradin Beach is 12 minutes away To get to the property, you need a car. Local shops are close by, including Coles that is approximately 8 minutes away. Tooradin Beach and other fine dining and mid priced restaurants are 12 minutes away. 1. Phillip Island is an hour drive away. 2.
