The Sanctuary on West Swan

My place is close to Whiteman Park and Caversham Wildlife Park. Vineyards, restaurants, The Chocolate Factory and the Swan River are within walking distance. You’ll love the cosiness, the comfy beds, the private child-safe garden. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). There is a double bedroom, a room with twin single beds, a linked infant's bedroom between these two rooms, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is over a hundred years old and lay derelict for the last 50 years. It has been brought back to life since 2014 and has been a labour of love. The renovation was designed to ensure absolute privacy. There are no neighbours and the property is not overlooked. Once inside you are completely alone, but step out of the front door and you are just a few minutes walk from all that the Swan Valley has to offer. The entire property is yours. There is a very private and secure garden to the rear of the property. There is a bus stop 50m from the front door.
