Relax in the spacious sun filled home. Ideally situated a hop,skip and a jump from Jenolan Caves,Kanangara-Boyd National Park, Oberon and Mayfield garden. Farmstay experience-collect the eggs! Brush the cattle! Lead an alpaca! Wonderful for families, couples, retreats,girls weekends, boys weekends. Beautiful gardens with colourful flowers,green pastures and the home is tastefully decorated. Snow falls in winter are spectacular! Indoor heated pool and spa. Pets welcome Accessible Accommodation A spacious B&B style accommodation including 3 queen rooms(1 accessible). Additionally we have a room with 3 king single beds (need to share a bathroom with other guests) and also 4 foldaway beds. Price includes up to 10 adults. $50 per person per night extra. It is situated on our 300 acre farm, on which we run cattle. Guests are welcome to explore our property and gardens at their leisure. Delicious breakfast as you take in the spectacular views. Our food is locally sourced and organic where possible. It is home cooked and we are happy to cater for individual dietary needs (allergies, vegan, vegetarian etc). Evening meals and lunch hampers are available upon request. Take a swim or relax in the spa after a day out. Ample parking even for caravans if looking for a break from camping. I live here, however guests have access to the home except my personal bedroom. I am available for guests from arrival. Up to the guest, I live here and will happily interact with you and offer advise on attractions in the area or give you all the space you need. Can collect guests from Jenolan Caves or Oberon upon request. Superbly located adjacent to the Kanagara-Boyd National Park which has several walking and mountain bike tracks. 5 minutes from world renowned Jenolan Caves. A 20 minute drive to Oberon and 30 minutes to Mayfield Gardens. Visitors to the area can also go fossicking for gems in the Oberon area. Mushrooming in early autumn. Visit the Long Arm Farm Cafe for a snack or lunch. We are a short drive from Waldara wedding venue. There is also horse riding and quad bike riding available in the area. Additionally we are close to The Blue Mountains, Bathurst and Orange which are all within a day trip away. Transport available from Jenolan Caves or Oberon to accommodation by request and back to Oberon which has a bus service to Bathurst and Sydney. Only for up to four guests. There are several beautiful drives in the district- The Tablelands Way. There are local companies which offer tours and can be arranged upon request also.
