Comfortable Queen Room in Traralgon

Double vaxxed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers and small families as there is also a Bedroom with a comfortable King Single bed ( see King Single in Traralgon) Also a full King single bed in the lounge room. A brand new modern bathroom. Train station and shops 2kms away. Quiet comfortable home in quiet court. Has 2 small dogs and 1 cat. Private lounge dining room with TV and Wi fi. Shared kitchen and laundry. Covered outdoor seating. BBQ. Quiet court in West Traralgon. Very tidy comfortable spacious home with a lovely garden. Welcome to use these. Hairdryers, toiletries available in the new bathroom which is directly opposite the bedroom. There is an Electric Blanket and Fan in your bedroom. 2 Air conditioners cool down the house including the bedrooms on a hot day. If you need something please just ask! Please note the bedrooms do not have personal AC just fans. Guests have private bathroom, lounge and dining room. If guest booked into King Single listing - both guests will share the bathroom. Shared kitchen and laundry. Very nice outdoor seating with bench space, sink and BBQ. Lovely gardens. Smoking is fine outside of the house. Vegetable garden is very prolific. At the moment it is Zucchini Soup! Guests can use Stereo, Books and Electric Piano. I work full time as a Home Economics and VCAL teacher. I am home most weekends and evenings after 5.30. I have my own work space/TV Room/ lounge room where I work every evening. I am happy to have you join me for a chat and social company, maybe a glass of wine depending on how my day went! However there is also another lovely formal lounge with TV, if you prefer your own company. Happy to help guests out with what ever i can. Walking park and playground across the road. Walking through the park is also a shortcut to the town center. Train station is 2.5 kilometers away. Taxi costs approximately $10.00. Bus stop 300 meters away in Swallow Grove.(approx $2.40 from Plaza to home) Route 41. Taxis and Buses can be found at the Traralgon Plaza a 500 meter walk from the station. When work allows I could arrange to collect and deliver to the station. Buses and Train's require a Myki card. Time tables are in your Information Pack in the bedroom. King Single day bed set up in lounge room. Queen blow up mattress available. Will easily fit into lounge room which can be made private.
