Includes a private lounge room, bedroom with an ensuite, walk in wardrobe, outdoor sitting, barbecue, free access to the dining room and includes free use of kitchen. Private Kitchenette and half bathroom are also included. Must climb stairs to get to room. The shared dining space, living room, patio and full kitchen is downstairs. The room is upstairs alone with its kitchenette, half bathroom and full bathroom. Close to city and beaches. Bus stop is a walk away and a train station a few minutes drive away. Getta Burger and friendly grocer a 10 minute walk away. Shared access to full kitchen (along with cooking basics), bed and breakfast, dining area, wifi, air con. Private access to room, full bathroom, powder room and kitchenette I am available on text, call and email. Quiet area near bus stops, shopping centres and food places.
