McCodfrey Estate is a 100 year old villa situated in the rolling hills of onewhero each room is large and well set up as this was originally a nursing home our menagerie of misfits includes many re-homed farm animals who will live out their days on our 8.5 acres of pasture they include 4 turkeys , 2 highland cows , 4 ex-milking goats , 4 ex-battery chickens and our own 2 Labradors and 2 cats we have two bedrooms available and can accommodate up to four guests , please see my other listing for the second bedroom guests have access to the whole house and all facilities onewhero is a quite country village which is off the beaten track , but close enough to pukekeohe , tuakau , port waikato and raglan to make it a great place to get way
