Unit#2 - 3 BR Cozy Vacation Home in Baguio City

The house has a very cozy atmosphere. Guests can hang out in the living area. It has a spacious kitchen where big groups can whip up meals. We've prepared toiletries, fresh clean sheets & towels, USB-capable TV and cookware for the kitchen. 5 gallons of drinking water per night will be provided. The caretaker's home is near the parking area where you may ask for immediate needs/help. Location: The location of the house is along Tengdow Road, Irisan. It is 6km away from city center. The house is perfect for huge groups up to 16 pax. Total of 3 bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom. Bedroom 1: Max 4 pax (1 bed, 2 sofa beds) Bedroom 2: Max 6 pax (3 beds, 2 sofa beds) Bedroom 3: Max 6 pax (1 bed, 3 sofa beds) Our house also has space for luggage where guests can leave their stuff before check-in or after check-out. Since the parking area is shared with the other guests from the other unit, we can only provide 2 parking space. There is a separate room where drivers can stay and refresh themselves (Driver's Quarters). This room is not inside the unit. Guests have access the cozy living area, bar area, complete kitchen. Parking space is also available. BBQ Grill is free of use. Charcoal is not provided. We are available for questions and city recommendations via text, email, or here at Airbnb.
