Union Falls Retreat

Tranquil setting located seconds from the heart of Lambertville. Elevated luxury home overlooking Delaware Raritan State Park Canal Path with seasonal river views. A brief walk away and you are in the restaurant and gallery district or taking a quiet stroll along the canal path and river. This is a must see property that is unlike any in the area. Seeing is believing. You will not be disappointed. We live right next door to Union Falls Retreat. So we are easily accessible to answer any questions you may have about the house or neighborhood. We are a block from the center of downtown Lambertville and New Hope is just a 10 minute walk away. Lambertville and New Hope are great walking and biking towns. Super close to restaurants and shops. So you can just park your car in your designated parking spot in our driveway and head out to enjoy the sights and shops. Also if you enjoy biking we are on the canal path which is awesome for bike riding. Kids and infants We love children and have one of our own and have enjoyed traveling and vacationing with kids, however Union Falls Retreat is not suitable for young children or infants. The home has open stairs and is not child proofed. There is a great and informative app to download for our area. It is called the Lambertville - New Hope app. It gives information on restaurants and bars in our area. Plus it has info on local events (Winter Festival, Shad Fest, fireworks dates, music happenings, etc) Very handy app to use
