Just minutes off the Mittagong M5 exit from Sydney, this little studio out the back provides a space for 2-4 guests. With its own kitchenette including microwave, portable stove top and bar fridge, you’ll have the necessities. Bathroom including hot water shower and toilet. Double bed in the private bedroom. Sofa bed in the lounge area, with TV. Air conditioning (hot and cold) provided. Separate entrance to carport from front driveway. Complete independence from house. Studio + fenced off garden area. Whole studio + carport. When home, happy to interact. If not home, key will be left in lock box. Mittagong (just 2km away) hosts beautiful bushwalks, wineries, town centre with cafes and shops. Bowral (7km away) has more boutique shops and restaurants. Other towns of the Southern Highlands all accessible by car or bus. Mittagong train station is 2km away from the studio. By car is easiest.
