David-Daddy's Lakehouse in T or C

When my son was 2 years old. He called this home David -daddys lake house. It was too cute. That is how the name originated, Basically my lakehouse. Close to hot springs. Close to Elephant Butte lake. Recently updated kitchen and bathroom. Sorry garage and boat not available for use. On half acre plenty of parking. 3 queen beds and 2 futon beds in living room. New furnace refrigerated ac installed. Just added full size washer and dryer. Pets ok please read house manual concerning pets. Very clean. (Lakehouse). 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. Living room has 2 futon beds for extra sleeping area. Half acre lot plenty of parking. Fenced in for privacy. Combination locks on gates smart lock key pad on door to enter At times friends and myself may be there in RV’s and garage not house Close to Sierra County Sheriffs office. Obviously nothing is far away in this small town.. hot springs 10 minutes at most lake about 15 minutes 1/2 Acre parking should not be an issue Smart lock key pad is on wrought iron door then inside door
