This property is part of our beautiful home . This is an artistically decorated self contained unit with 1 bedroom and a large common area, small lounge and a spacious bathroom. Tall people have to mind their head at the entry door into the kitchen. The comfortable suite features a beautiful garden surrounded by trees and our rose and veggie garden. Guests will have complete privacy including a separate entrance to the unit. We also live in the adjacent house and available for answering queries There is a small lounge area that over looks our garden and has a treadmill for your use if you would like a run. Although outdoors in our neighbourhood is fantastic for runs! The main bedroom area has 1 double bed and a sofa which can be converted into a bed and accomodate 2 people. There is also a generous office set up for those travelling on work. The second room is the common area which features a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is small tiled "sofa" area which can also be used for accommodating 1 person's bed. There is a large bathroom and we will provide you towels and basic amenities for your comfortable stay. The outdoor has several sitting places along our large garden and backyard. We also have outdoor heater for you to enjoy a nice evening even when it gets cold or rainy. The property has a private entry door for you to enjoy. We live in the main house adjacent to this property and available for any questions or great company! Our house is located very close to Macquarie University and close to Epping Train station which will take you to city centre in 20-25 mins. There is a bus stop close by which will take you from our house to train station, post office, restaurants, IGA supermarket, butcher, news agent, pharmacy and other shops. You can walk to these too.
