The quiet beaches on our doorstep are fantastic for families with gentle lapping waters in which to swim, paddle & snorkel, shells to collect, rock-pools to explore, crabs to find, fish to catch & sand just waiting to be created into castles. Harry's offers all the comforts of a modern home, & is a great getaway for couples, groups of friends or 2-3 families. Comprised of 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds & 3 single bunks, a large bathroom/laundry with washer & dryer, iron & board, an expansive lounge room to relax in with smartTV, DVD player, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, & large fridge. But, the best place to be is the undercover deck complete with BBQ & outdoor setting, overlooking the sand & water; perfect to watch the kids play, enjoy a peaceful morning coffee, & settle back to take in the stunning sunsets. A short 15 minute drive arrives you at either Minlaton or Warooka, where the supermarkets, cafes and general variety stores can supply for all your needs. While you're staying at Harry's, have a "Yorkes" adventure & explore the Peninsula. There’s fishing to be had, breaks to surf, beaches for cricket, sand flats for crabbing, rocks for climbing & dunes for sliding. If you’re into fishing there’s no better place! Hardwicke Bay is perfect for learners or seasoned fishers alike. While all along "Yorkes" you can try your hand at landing a whiting, salmon, squid, trevally, snook, garfish or a good ol’ tommy ruff, with a beach, rock, jetty or boat cast. If a bigger wave is more your thing, head 40 minutes south to the Spits or a little further to Daly Heads, Salmon Hole or the Rock Pools. For the very enthusiastic surfers, head just an hour south to Innes National Park and explore the breaks at Pondalowie, West Cape, Ethel Wreck, Chinamans or RhinoHead! Guests will have complete access to Harry's beach house Hardwicke Bay is a true gem of the Yorke Peninsula. It is a beautiful, quiet, safe seaside town. The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The perfect place to relax and forget about work with the clear blue waters an amazing sunsets. But, if you want to be more active, there's plenty of ways to spend your time..... There are great places to snorkel, fish, scuba dive, walk, fish, go crabbing or surf. Some of these places are close, while others are further down the peninsula, towards Innes National Park. Every part of "Yorkes" is special and worth exploring! Pet Friendly.
