Our 4,200 sq. ft., 4BR, 3.5 bath home is for those who want the best! A gourmet eat-in kitchen with Thermador, Miele, and SubZero appliances opens open to our large great room which features 2 story windows, large screen tv, woodstove and seating for many. Our formal dining room is attached to the kitchen and has a large table with comfortable seating for 6-8 people. The Living Room is off the front entry and has a pool table, dart board and sliders to our deck. All bedrooms are good sized and the bathrooms are oversized. The master suite is very large and has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and sliders to our deck. There is a 2nd master bedroom with a private bath and 2 more bedrooms, a full hall bath and a bridge overlooking the living room on the 2nd floor. Our 1,200SF raised deck overlooks a backyard that is as good as any resort with a free-form gunite pool, 8 person hot tub and waterfall. Bocci ball court. Badminton area. Gardens. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Rentals include entire house except for the basement and master bath closet (there is another closet in the master BR). Woods all around, but only a few miles to NYC bus & train, shopping and restaurants! I think you will find we are very friendly and easy going. We rent homes ourselves when we travel and know that a great vacation starts with a great place to stay. We will do our best to be sure you are comfortable and happy while staying in our home. We are long time residents and very familiar with the area so we are able to answer most questions you may have. PLEASE NOTE: We do own furry dogs and do allow guest's dogs. While we do a thorough cleaning after each guest, we cannot guarantee a dog fur free home, if allergies are a concern. Boonton Township is a great semi-rural town with excellent access to everyday needs. We are nestled in the woods and surrounded by horse and alpaca farms. Yet we are only 4 miles to shopping, restaurants and direct NYC commuting via train and bus. You will need a car for badic transportation. Bus and rail service to midtown NYC is only 4 miles away
