The apartment is ground floor level with wide sliding door access, within a few steps to your car. We are suitable for the working person & for families with one child (we will accept a baby/infant if you yourself have the necessary travelling essentials ie bassinet/cot) or 3 adult persons. Sorry, but we do not allow pets & there is no smoking allowed. Thankyou & welcome to our home. Your car park is a few steps in front of the apartment, accessed through gates at the back entrance from Ferry Lane south. The gates are closed to ensure privacy. Please open & park in front of guest suite. Access to the apartment is through a wide sliding door with a screen door. Maryborough is a unique town with many old buildings of charming character. It has a beautiful park on the Mary River named Queens Park. Enjoy a comfortable stay here before venturing north to the Fraser Coast, Hervey Bay, Fraser Island, Bundaberg, Bargara, etc, or south to Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach & the Sunhine Coast. There are also many lovely inland country towns north of Maryborough, such as Childers, Gin Gin, & south of Maryborough such as Kingaroy that are well worth visiting. True-Blue at 321 Ann St, Maryborough, Qld, is situated within walking distance to the city centre, (7 minutes to Adelaide, Kent, Lennox, Alice streets intersections) & to all central amenities, & only a few minutes drive by car. A BBQ for use at any time (breakfast/lunch/dinner) is situated at the back of the carport with an outdoor table setting. BBQ trays, olive oil spray, bbq utensils & sauces, are available to use for grilling meat & cooking eggs & vegetables. They are provided in the kitchenette of the apartment. A coffee machine is also available, situated on the BBQ table underneath the carport. Thank you & enjoy your stay.
