The Grove - Guest Room 1

The guest space is upstairs in this pre-civil war colonial: Separate entrance, laundry, two private guest rooms that share a bath and kitchenette. Wi-Fi included. We are less than a mile from 2 hospitals. We have spent months renovating this space for your comfort. This Listing is for Guest Room 1. FB username bangortravelnurse Single occupancy preferred. We are two miles from the mall area with shopping and restaurants. We are a 10 minute walk from the downtown area with restaurants, shopping and clubs. We currently provide Roku devices on our TVs with common apps loaded. You use the apps with your own login info. We are also currently providing Spectrum cable through a streaming app. TV viewing options are subject to change. Guests will have access to only the upstairs. They will enter through a common foyer and go upstairs. There are two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom/laundry. This listing is for one of the bedrooms. We are owner occupied and we live on the first floor. The common foyer is separated by two lockable doors for privacy for all. We live in the downstairs of the house. We are separated by locked doors in the Foyer. We are available most of the time, but you don't have to see us at all if you want privacy. Lyft, Uber, taxis, as well as city bus are all available in Bangor. Wi-Fi is filtered to block explicit content. We prefer single occupancy reservations.
