Small Gem On The Busy Road & Close To Transport

Welcome to our well located small and modern studio between Perth City and the beach! A great starting point with 5min walk to Glendalough train station which gets you to bars and restaurants in Leederville in 5min and Perth city in 10min. The home is on a high traffic road (that can get a bit noisy) but the convenience and parks for cycling and walks make up for it. Shopping (IGA), Subway, Pizza, Pharmacy, Bottle Shop, Massage & Petrol Station are in walking distance 600m down Harborne Street. Our place is small & compact and can accommodate up to two persons on the queen size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, top mounted sink and toilet. - Two tandem car bays in front of your door - Free Wifi - TV - Fan with dimming light - Reverse cycle air conditioner - Heater (for the winter) - Electric cooktop - Microwave - Kettle - Toaster - Dishes and cutlery - Pots and fry-pans - Small fridge and freezer - Tea, coffee and sugar - Oil, salt & pepper - Iron and ironing board - Bath towels - Bed sheets and quilt - Hand and body wash - Shampoo and conditioner - Toilet paper - Hair dryer - Built in robe - Free ear-plugs ( for the light sleepers :) - Fire extinguisher The studio has it’s own front access facing Harborne Street with a parking bay in front. We are living on site and are happy to help you with any questions at any time. You can message or simply knock on the door. Glendalough is in a very convenient location to quickly get into the city and beaches with access to buses, train and the freeway! The home is on the fringe of Osborne Park and surrounded by beautiful Parks (Lake Monger, Herdsman, Open Space) to go running or for a relaxing walk. It is also on a busy road which experiences more traffic on weekdays office peak hours. Glendalough is in perfect location to get around by public transport with only few minutes walk to Glendalough train station! We also have a tandem parking bay and freeway access is around the corner. The parks are in walking distance and so is Mt Hawthorn cafe strip or even Leederville if you don’t mind walking for up to 30min. Our bed has a firm mattress. Please do your dishes and tidy after yourself. That includes drying and putting dishes away. We will charge a fee of $15 for undone dishes. We have a lovely old neighbour named Lorna who comes to water plants in the morning and loves to talk but speaks very fast and is a bit hard to understand :)
