Guest Room in Renovated House in a Great Location

Welcome to our home in Fire Island Pines! Or renovated beach house is perfectly located just seconds away from the ocean and only three blocks from the harbor. The house has 2 outdoor decks with a pool and a hot tub, both with ocean views. Our guest room has a queen size bed, a Heat & A/C unit, ensuite bathroom, wifi, internet connected TV and a private entrance. Our house is a modern, newly designed beach house with ocean views, perfectly located just seconds away from the ocean and only three blocks from the harbor in Fire Island Pines. The house has 2 outdoor decks with a pool and a hot tub, both with ocean views. The house has two bedrooms / two bathrooms and it also has two apartments: North and South Apartments. The guest room has a queen size bed, a Heat & A/C unit, ensuite bathroom, wifi, internet connected TV and a private entrance. The guests in the apartments and the guest room have access to the outdoor decks, pool and hot-tub during day hours: 10am to 8pm We are the owners of the house, and we take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and classy. We hope you enjoy everything the Pines has to offer; however, this is not a party house and there's no smoking allowed inside or out. The guest staying in that guest room have access to the entire house: kitchen, living & dinning room. They also have access to the outdoor decks, pool and hot-tub during day hours: 10am to 8pm My husband and I are the owners of the house and we stay in the master bedroom of the house with our son Matteo and our dog Nina most weekends. The other people staying in the other apartment of the house house are mid-thirties to mid-forties professionals. You are more than welcome to socialize by the pool with us and the rest of our guests in the house if that is your will. The "harbor" is the area where all the commercial buildings are located including docks for yachts, the passenger ferry from Sayville and freight operations are located. Transportation is via foot on the boardwalks. If a person wishes to carry groceries, the traditional way to do so is to pull toy wagons. With limited exceptions, motor vehicles are not permitted in the Pines, and bicycles are uncommon. If you are new to the Pines, and/or have any questions about what to do or where to go while here, please don't hesitate to ask. We will be more than happy to help you out. My husband and I are professionals in our mid-forties. We have a son, Matteo. This will be his second Summer in Fire Island. We are very excited about it. We are dog friendly! Our dog, Nina, is a 15 lb. white Havanese. She is completely hypoallergenic, so don't worry if you have dog allergies (as I do!). She is very friendly with other furry friends, but she is usually shy with humans. However, we are sure that by the end of your stay, you will probably be best buddies. She loves walks on the beach. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please let us know for pre-approval. During your stay, we just ask you not to leave your pet unattended in the house. An extra cleaning fee for the whole stay will be requested.
