Lost in the beautiful Cornish countryside, this space is for people who want to escape and unwind. The building has a Scandinavian vibe with its high pitched roof & exterior cladding. Internally it is a bright open planned space with modern fixtures. Kitchen/Dining area, Wetroom and Bedroom on the ground floor. Balcony & lounge/bedroom upstairs. The property now has WiFi! The property is located between Holywell & Perranporth with Newquay & Truro a short drive away with all the amenities. The area and space are incredibly unique - set back from the sand dunes of Perran Sands - in a little pocket of tranquility and stillness with our very own natural swimming pool. This secluded and spacious property, which has been newly renovated is in a rural location on the north coast of Cornwall. Hidden down a windy country lane, you will find the house set just off the road with a driveway leading down to the property. The entrance to the driveway is slightly concealed, directions and a pinned location will be provided to help you not miss us! The property benefits from a contemporary kitchen with new appliances & a large dining table with seating. A stylish wet-room, fitted with a large rainfall shower. Perran Sands & Holywell beach are within walking distance of the cottage (25-45mins), while the variety of cycle routes, walking paths and surrounding villages in the area mean plenty of opportunity for exploring the beautiful landscape. We have created a pin up board to share all these amazing places which is located upstairs. If you're up for something more adventurous we offer outdoor activities and yoga & mediation sessions, just enquire when booking your reservation or ask when you arrive. Our quiet village Mount is conveniently situated between Holywell and Perranporth. We have a beautifully quiet neighbourhood with farmers fields and countryside all around us. There are plenty of national trust sites and public foot paths nearby. Parking is available just accross from the building on our own private land. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. We strongly suggest a car - if you our planning to come by bus or train please bear in mind it’s a short walk to and from the nearest bus stop, a taxi might be better suited. We have a remote controlled projector screen for anyone that has a portable projector.
