SUNNY SEMAPHORE

A tidy, ground floor unit on the main drag of a seaside town. There are heaps of things to do in Semaphore; turn left at the front gate &the beach is within sight. You can go fishing, swimming, sailing or sit & relax on the many public benches. You will have all the things you could need along the shady, main street; alfresco cafes, baristas,restaurants hotels, supermarkets, chemists, a baker, butcher, op shops, cinemas, vegan food, fashion, tattooist, massage and ice cream shops. Light and airy, ground floor apartment situated on fabulous Semaphore Road. Comfortable furnishings, good quality beds, cleaning products & linen. Double-glazed main bedroom window to cut down street noise & block-out blinds on both bedroom windows. Bathroom could do with new tiles but it's clean & serviceable. Kitchen has almost everything you'll need & there are fabulous baristas just outside the front gate. We have only one car park, accessed via Newman street (one way) There is limited free parking on Semaphore Road, directly in front of the building. We only have one car park and it is a tight space! The lock-box is lit in case you arrive at night and the code is sent with check-in instructions. There is limited free parking on Semaphore Road, directly in front of the building also. The Le Fevre Peninsula is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy with Semaphore having a long, sandy beach and a jetty for fishing. There are side-show attractions during school holidays, little train rides along the foreshore, music festivals, street fairs and even a Kite festival are held which attract tourists and locals alike. There is always a warm spot for coffee and cakes, several licensed establishments along Semaphore Rd, including the RSL with full-sized snooker tables. Semaphore is accessible by train (Ethelton Station) and bus and there are many walking/bike paths too. The Metro Mate app will assist public transport users. Please be aware of the potential for noise as this is a ground floor unit among thirty. (hence the double glazing). Semaphore is a pretty relaxed place usually but can get hectic on balmy days with the Esplanade being a favourite for car enthusiasts to show off their vehicles. The beach and foregrounds are very popular with locals and visitors alike and there are several live music venues nearby too. This is not a luxury apartment, but we're constantly making improvements.
