New hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. welcome to my beautiful renovated home located at the base of Minniwaska State Park. Ride bikes hike the numerous trails, hang glide, skydive, snow ski, rock climb, adventures to be found everywhere or just enjoy a glass of wine and barbecue on the back deck. Close to New Paltz, wineries, cider houses, farms, Mohonk Mountain House. Woodstock & Catskills 35 minutes away. Coffee &farm fresh eggs . Friendly dogs, garden you may pick from. Take a vacation! Two living rooms, cozy fireplace, formal dining room, new kitchen, large backyard and deck. Quiet friendly street. Good energy everywhere Guests have access to my whole house, kitchen, backyard, bon fire, living rooms, back deck, etc. I do live in house but rarely around I’m available to help guests plan and can sometimes be your guide. I know the area very well and happy to help you with all your needs Wineries, Cider Houses, Breweries, only a couple miles from the famous Angry Orchard, skydiving, hang gliding, rock climbing, lots of hiking and biking, rail trail, New Paltz and lots more Best to get around via car, although we do have taxi and Uber I completely sanitize everything in between guests, as I’m a germaphobe😊 my dogs and cat are super friendly.
