This Rancher is located on a quiet street. Great neighborhood. NE Philadelphia is known to be the suburbs of Philly and safest side. The NE shopping center is walking distance from the house. You have stores like, Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory, Five Below. Also, Most common Banks in walking distance and various eatery, like Los Margaritas (if you like Mexican food), and Salad works. There’s also a gym close by. I can go on and on of all the stores and eatery surrounds. Just book your stay! Your so welcome to use the shared spaces. In the home you’ll have access to of course your private room, the bathroom, and laundry room (please provide your own laundry detergent), Kitchen (Microwave and Refrigerator). The only exception is the host room will not be occupied by anyone except the host. She has another residence, so at times she may or may not be on the premises. There’s a lower level apartment and at times the tenant plays music. Not too crazy or overbearing, and not late either. Mostly on the weekends, but for the most part it’s quiet. Guess has access in home of course their private room, Bathroom, Kitchen, and laundry 🧺 I will be available at all times. If I’m not on the premises, it’s best to call or text me.
