If you are coming to the Mountain State Forest Festival this is the place to be! You will be able to enjoy your privacy in our 2000 square foot home, complete with private outdoor living area! Sweet Annie is located in the Historic Wees District of Elkins! This is oldest residential area in Elkins. You will see homes dating to the late 1800s and early 1900s. It truly is a lovely area! Shopping, dining, events are within walking distance of the property Although your property is 100% private, including 10 feet tall privacy fence, there are two other very small apartments with their own private entrances and private out door areas. We reserve the right during high demand times such as Mountain State Forest Festival, Augusta, D & E College events and certain holidays to require a three night minimum @ $250.00 pernight.
