A tropical style house at a central location, only 20 min to Bribane CBD and 20 min to Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise, Movie world, Dreamworld and Sea World. Walking distance to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, Public Transport, Cinemas, Restaurants You will have access to all facilities such as the pool. My kitchen is clean for you to use as you wish and the patio area is the perfect place to relax. You will be sharing the house with me, my 19 year old daughter. We are from Argentina and we have lived in Brisbane for 18 years. I am a business owner, my wife works part time and my daughter is a student. We tend to keep fairly low key during the working week and socialize outside of the house with friends on weekends. Guests will have access to their own bedroom with double size bed and built in wardrobe. Their own large bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet. You have access to the entire house except for my bedroom. There is aircon in the room and all living areas. We have a large entertaining backyard. Use of swimming pool and patio area around the pool. Only street parking available I look forward to meeting my guests and welcoming you to our home. I will respect your privacy. Would love to offer assistance with travel questions you have on things to do in Brisbane. I can suggest some beautiful bars, cafes and restaurants to eat. I will be living in the house whilst you stay. Our neighborhood is very safe with easy access to many needs. There are many shops around, Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, Cinemas, large supermarkets, Restaurants, etc, all within 5 min walk. Easy bus ride with bus terminal at the shopping centre, coffee shop, fish and chip shop, post box , all 5 minute walk around the corner from the house. There is a bus terminal right out the front of the shopping center, 5 mins walk down the road. Pick up from the airport can be organized if needed. There are many easy options to get around. I can find out specifics if needed. Park outside on the street. Smoking permitted outside the house only with doors closed.
