Welcome to No 8 Ceres, an architecturally designed luxury home, in the Port Vincent Marina. Bathed in natural light, open and airy, this property has spectacular views of the marina & the Port Vincent township. Enjoy a 1.5km walk into town along the foreshore to visit the shops. Or whether it's crabbing, fishing or water sports, you can return your boat to it's private pontoon. There are some great walking trails here too, and a lovely beach in the centre of town. Please note the property is unfenced to the Marina so may be unsuitable for young children unsupervised. Cleaning fee $150.00. Luxury bed linen is supplied along with tea towels, dish cloth, hand towels, pillows and quilts and soap. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, basic supplies and filtered water from fridge. 3 televisions, stereo ( no iPod dock) and a DVD player. Nespresso coffee machine (pods are not supplied). Gas burner and pot for crab cooking. BBQ on balcony. An assortment of games, table tennis and downstairs bar area.
