Beach house with Pool on Silver Lake

Welcome to our cozy beach house on Silver Lake, just a couple of miles from downtown Traverse City where you can enjoy the festivals, foodie culture and local shops. BBQ and poolside umbrella table seating to relax as you gaze at beautiful Silver Lake. Access to beach and fire pit as well as lake and pool access. Bring your bikes and ride the TART trail to Suttons Bay or Acme. You will get to experience Rockwell like living in our quiet corner of the lake. Off street parking avail for 2 cars Very quaint and fun. Vintage beach house theme decor. Perched overlooking the saltwater pool and beautiful Silver Lake. A few things we need to mention: No pets, no smoking on the property. The beach house is perfect for up to 3 adults. No parties or extra visitors. Only people allowed on the property at any time are registered guests. Very quiet neighborhood. The beach House was built in the 1960’s and was kept as guest quarters when our new house was built. Back pool deck has steps down to the beach. You can see the stars, enjoy the loons or just wind down by the pool! Great place to relax and enjoy our wonderful city! We do have a separate rental addendum covering the rental and use of the pool and Silver Lake. Will be sent for your review and signature prior to rental. Note for color tour and wine weekend guests: We just added a new HVAC system to the beach house so it is now comfy year round! Usually the pool is kept open until mid October and heated to 90 degrees. The entire beach house. 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Kitchen, living room, entire apartment is approx. 960 sq ft. Guests are welcome to use the pool and beach areas. The balance of the property is private. We will be nearby or our property manager will be near by should we be out of town. We occupy the main home. We will be happy to advise on restaurants, things to do. Quiet, established group of 8 lake homes on Silver Lake, private paved road (10mph please). Parking in front of the middle door of the detached garage. Enjoy an entire weekend with us this year. July 2020 bookings are 7 day bookings from Sunday at 4pm thru Sunday at 10am.
