This wonderful flat is within a lake view property split in 2 large twin flats and surrounded by a big garden with outdoor dining area. It's 110 sqm and features a wide bright living area with 2 comfy big sofas, TV, ceiling windows and a long balcony enjoying a marvelous landscape of Lake Maggiore, 3 wonderful large double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with terrace, a large table, stove top and microwave, a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels are included as well. The access to the property building is shared with the resident family on the ground floor, but the large garden that surrounds the entire property is exclusive use of guests staying at the 2 apartments as well as the barbecue, the outdoor dining area and the deckchairs. It is an ideal place to enjoy the peacefulness of the local lifestyle, the main beaches of the lake as well as the center of Stresa that is one of the most beautiful towns in Lake Maggiore and in Italy as its historical center is something peerless, you'll fall in love getting lost in its maze of little alleys, discovering every days new little amazing corners, craft shops, tasting the amazing typical food and wine in its amazing bars and restaurants. It is also very easy to get around by car to the most suggestive places of the Lake Maggiore as the enchanting hamlet of Feriolo, Baveno, Gignese, the Lake of Orta, the lake of Mergozzo, Verbania, Angera, Arona and the Mottarone's peak where you can enjoy the most beautiful view you have ever seen as it overlooks all the 5 lakes around as well as go skiing during the winter season.
