Near multiple trailheads for day hikes to surrounding high mountain lakes. Nearby Trinity Center and Weaverville have airports to fly in and tie down. Marinas on the lake offer all types of rentals. We are deep in the woods. It is so quiet here you can hear yourself think. At night the stars are incredible. you can see deep into the milkyway. We are close to historic Weaverville and Trinity County. Many activities such as the Farmers market with live music/entertainment, historic shops, The Joss house, live theater, and a very short drive away from the beautiful Trinity Lake. This is another beautiful mountain getaway location, but unlike others, there is no crowd. 800 sq foot private downstairs area, with private entrance/exit from driveway. Outdoor Shower, finishing a bathroom remodel adding a beautiful red tile shower, Small sized fridge, as well as new full size mattress and 2 twins. Guest will also have access to TV (all movie channels), wifi, books and games. Due to remote location, we have satellite internet, so streaming is not available. Cot and sleeping bags are available to additional preapproved guests. Perfect for if your group is staying at one of the four campsites just off of Highway 3, but you have someone who prefers to be indoors. We can offer a small amount of fruit, coffee, eggs, waffle or pancake mix so you can start your day off right. In Weaverville there is public transportation to Hayfork, Willow creek, and Redding. We are always willing to help plan out any trips as well. Ride from local airport can be arranged at small additional cost. Any health or dietary needs, we can provide a very supportive environment.
