Quiet basement apartment minutes to metro and DC

Modern yet cozy townhouse that has a private guest basement room with a private bath just for you! You will have a kitchenette (refrigerator, mini-fridge with freezer section, and coffee maker) for your use. Two parking spots and unlimited free parking close by. Located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood that is close to walking trails and only 10 min for the metro and 30 min from Washington DC. We are excited to have you! I am from the northern VA area and am happy to share any tips on sightseeing. There is a shared entrence but your own space is 100% private. You are welcome to use our backyard, grill, WiFi, parking spaces, and washer and dryer. Feel at home! I will be available for any questions or needs. As people who have traveled a lot we are used to meeting new people and love having guests! In normal times, we love swapping stories but as it is COVID times we will let you have your own space to encourage social distancing. We are both fully vaccinated!
